Very genuine food. One of the best lamb dishes I have ever tasted. Well done Rafel. Staff is great and service is very good. One to really try and keep trying… Amazing food and service! Love the concept of locally grown produce. The perfect blend of Maltese and Mediterranean food cooked to perfection and served with a smile. Keep up the good work… A wonderful kitchen concept with great attention to ingredients and service! Top Notch!… Amazing experience at Briju the food was excellent and different. The Acquerello risotto with Jerusalem artichokes and grana topped with hazelnuts was truly delicious…

Well done to the whole team behind this especially the love and care Chef Rafel is putting into this concept. The food was just amazing. From the moment we tried the confit olives served on our table we knew we where in for a treat and as for the rest, it just kept getting better. Definitely a few steps ahead any other local establishment in my opinion and the fact that all of the ingredients in our meal are all Seasonal, Sustainable and local makes it that much more special.
This place is gem. Loved the concept of locally sourced ingredients and the execution of each dish was perfect. Chef Rafel took the time to explain to us what goes into each dish. A truly one of a kind cosy and casual dining experience. One of the dishes that stood out was the lampuki carpaccio, perfectly balanced between acidic and sweet.
Would definitely recommend Briju as a dining experience. Fantastic service and incredible food with a wide variety to choose from. Furthermore love the concept of having the food sourced 100% locally! Keep up the good work Rafel and all the team.
A visit is a must for those who enjoy traditional Maltese food but appreciate a taste that is unique and different. Delicious calamari and artichoke risotto.
Excellent, great staff, great food. Best I’ve tasted in malta so far. Highly recommend.
