I have to say the Duck in cranberry sauce I had at Giovanni’s blew me away… I thought the food was really good quality and really well prepared. My son loved his swordfish… We had clams, pasta and ravioli followed by chicken in marsala wine sauce and calamari in wine. All the food was mouthwatering, fresh and beautifully presented… We made our choice varying from local rabbit dishes to an array of pasta and steaks were all beautifully cooked to perfection… Local wine was lovely and affordable. Highly recommend the rabbit, lamb shank and the vongole!… We all had a variety of starters and mains. Food was delicious and good portion sizes…

Four of us arrived around 11pm on New Years Eve. The staff accommodated us and within ten minutes we were seated for some delicious desserts and drinks. The barman even came over to see what sort of cocktails we wanted since they weren’t on the menu. They have every range of spirits at very reasonable prices. It’s a very comfortable and stylish restaurant. Would definitely recommend the place.
Excellent service, excellent food. Very well satisfied. I am your new client. You will see more from now on.
Oh my, I know we were famished after a day of climbing but this was amazing, picked chicken salad and fish salad for starter, and local fresh fish, tuna made by the chef. Choice of gins limited but that allowed me to taste local white wine and that was beautiful. The decor, the toilets, everything excellent. Certainly a place to visit whilst on Gozo.
Excellent. Very good quality food and lots of it. Top quality service. Really pleasant atmosphere. Amazing to find this a gem of a place in such a small village. You won’t be disappointed.
Fabulous food and wine with a great welcome. Sit inside near the cooking area if you can so you can watch the chef at work. Fairly good value food. We had duck, rabbit, ravioli and seafood pasta and all plates were cleared. That lot with a couple of ice creams, some coffees and a bottle of local wine.
